Description
Check if the user that is creating now, has already an account by checking the e-mail field (if he/she introduced one)

I am thinking make the email field unique, then on collisions, say "this email address already has an account -- would you like a password reminder sent to it?"
That shall be done when I get time, unless someone can come up with a reason that multiple users should have one email address~

I don't see why. I can see why since the point of view of the user, "If I get an account deleted, I have others" just like happened in the original danbooru.
Since the point of view administrative it's just a pain.
