Description

Japanese tags are a total mess
七尾奈留 on upload it will be translated into weird characters, and when setting it in the image view page it will transform it into html 七尾奈留

The funny thing it's that the page title has the correct chars

argh at databases having no standard way of setting the character sets :(

fixed in mysql-specific ways in r233
