a8faf5f adds generic support for image tags, the "link to image" extension can supply ready made bbcode if you want that

great but whats going on when the user add a image with large dimensions? that is the problem otherwise if just adds bbcode for posts like >>1 then the user cant add external images just images from the boards and thumbnailed.
